The shirt went virial amongst fans with the help of GLC who feature heavily on the shirt with a motif Straight Outta Newport. The few fans who did receive the 21-22 GLC third shirt in the short time before sales were stopped, had even received emails asking if they would return the kit, but the majoity declined to do so.
